I am Martin, an independent FADU-UBA architecture graduate in Argentina. This service documents an agreed residential design.
Depending on the written scope: index/notes, site and dimensioned floor/roof plans, necessary sections/elevations, setting-out, finishes, ceilings, door/window schedules, water and drainage layouts, structural concept and essential construction details. Sheet count depends on complexity and legibility.
Standalone: USD 30/m2 before commissions/taxes; 100 m2 reference USD 3750 on Fiverr. With my architectural concept service: add USD 25/m2 before fees/taxes. Buyer fees/taxes are extra.
Digital PDF; editables extra. No signatures, permits, site supervision, structural calculations or specialist gas/HVAC design. Client-appointed consultants supply specialist designs. Documentation requires applicable technical checks before construction. Timing and revision scope are agreed per project.

Should I contact you before buying or about a concern?
Yes. Message me before buying to agree scope, inputs, timing and price in writing. All payments stay on Fiverr. If a concern arises, contact me first so I can review it and propose a solution. Fiverr support and dispute options remain available.
How are fees, taxes and project area calculated?
Base professional fees exclude commissions and taxes. Listed Fiverr prices include the seller fee used in the quote; buyer fees/taxes are additional. Covered areas count 100%, semi-covered areas and pergolas 50%; other areas are quoted individually.
Are editable files included?
Standard delivery is PDF and, where included, 4K JPG/PNG. Editables are separate: organized final DWG files add 10% of the documentation fee, minimum USD 100 before platform fees/taxes. Native models start at USD 250. Render scenes depend on scope and asset licences.
How are delivery times and additional work agreed?
Timing is agreed per project before buying, after reviewing complete inputs. Added area, new rooms, changes to an approved brief and work beyond the agreed scope require a written price and delivery extension approved before work starts.
Which drawings are included?
We agree a project-specific list: index/notes, site and dimensioned floor/roof plans, sections/elevations, setting-out, finishes, ceilings, door/window schedules, water/drainage layouts, structural concept and essential details. Sheet count follows complexity and legibility.
Does this include engineering, signatures or permits?
No. Structural concepts are not engineering calculations or reinforcement/formwork drawings. No professional signatures, permit submissions, site supervision or specialist gas/HVAC design are included. The client appoints and pays the required consultants.
How are consultant designs coordinated?
Includes one coordinated incorporation of consultant information received before the agreed documentation close. Consultants remain responsible for their specialist designs. Later changes or redesign require a written quote and time extension before additional work.
Can I add technical drawings to your concept service?
Yes. The additional base fee is USD 25 per computable m2 when combined with my architectural concept service, before commissions/taxes. Standalone documentation is USD 30/m2 with sufficient inputs. Each service is calculated on its own applicable area.
What must happen before construction?
The documents must be completed and checked for the specific site, applicable requirements and specialist designs by the responsible professionals. This offer excludes signatures and permits. Do not treat the architectural package alone as all approvals or specialist construction information.
What do the gallery samples show?
The gallery contains credited residential portfolio examples. They illustrate design work, not a complete technical package or permit set. Your drawing list, detail level, consultant inputs and required checks are agreed for your project before ordering.
