FAQ
Will my students lose their course progress or certificates if we migrate to a new LMS?
No, they won’t! Losing data is the biggest fear during a platform switch. I carefully map out your existing user databases and course completions so your current students can log right back in and pick up exactly where they left off without a hitch.
Can you prevent students from sharing accounts or downloading my premium course videos?
Absolutely. Piracy and account sharing ruin profits. I can set up restrictions like concurrent login blocks (preventing one account from being open on multiple devices) and configure secure video players to shield your content from easy downloads
What happens if a plugin updates next month and breaks my whole LearnDash or Graphy website?
I don't just patch things together and walk away. I build using clean, stable configurations and child themes where necessary. Before handing it over, I supply a quick video walkthrough showing you how to safely manage future updates without breaking your layout
I have messy, unstructured Word docs and random video links. Can you turn that into an academy?
Don't stress over the mess, that’s exactly what I'm here for! You don't need to be a tech wizard. Just send me your raw files, outline notes, and videos, and I will logically structure them into professional modules, chapters, and quizzes for you.
Do I need to buy expensive software or subscription add-ons before hiring you?
Not necessarily. Let's chat first! Many buyers waste hundreds on unnecessary plugins. Tell me what features you want (like memberships or coupons), and I'll tell you exactly what built-in tools LearnDash, TalentLMS, or Graphy offer for free to save your budget.
