Nearly three years running my own app studio. I took client ideas from requirements to live apps and stayed on for support after launch. - FRA Management System: Flutter + Firebase platform for the Romanian Aikido Federation. Digitized member registration, payments, attendance and QR check-in. Live across multiple clubs. - NFC Lab Coat Tracking: Android app on handheld NFC scanners that tracks wash and disinfection cycles for a lab, plus a Flutter web dashboard with reports and PDF export. - Aikido Club App: dojo owners track member payments and attendance from their phone. 3 client apps published on the App Store and Google Play. Signing, store listings, CI/CD and crash monitoring all handled by me. Alongside the studio I contracted with Active Design (Aug 2023 - Apr 2024): built a secure Flutter crypto wallet for Android and iOS with encrypted key storage, smooth transaction flows and multiple third-party API integrations, with code reviews and unit tests before each release.
