my Crypto Portfolio Tracker is a simple web app used for easy tracking crypto portfolio(s) over various repositories.
This tool allows you manage one or more portfolios and multiple repositories (exchanges, wallets) under same user account, although a typical user would only have one portfolio and few repositories created.
Regular yearly subscription fee in amount of $60 will be available to you for $55, but for the first year only. To start, you need to order this gig and initialize account opening process, which costs $5 separately and includes a 7 days trial period.

No, you need to open the position first and than close it. You cannot start with closing the position and later opening it.

Almost! Prices are updated on approx. 5 minute interval, which is good enough for the type of crypto investors app is targeting.
