Über mich
I am an experienced swim coach in Amsterdam where I help a wide range of swimmers meet their goals. Whether they just started swimming or have been swimming their entire life, I provide feedback in a personal and easy to apply manner. My expertise and knowledge stems from my own swimming experience, being multiple time dutch youth champion in freestyle and butterfly distances, having four years of coaching experience and a strong interest in the biomechanics and physiology of swimming, developed through extensive self-study of sports science and swimming literature.

Gabriel gave me a clear explanation of my swimming technique in the video I received. The video annotations also made it very easy to understand what he was talking about. I especially liked that, next to telling me what I was doing wrong, he also explained how to improve it with side by side comparisons...

Gabriel broke everything down step by step, starting with the most important things to work on, explaining how it affected the smaller details. The feedback together with the drills felt practical, and I know what to focus on when I go back in to the pool. Definitely worth it if you want to get insight and improve your technique.
