Yes, I can do it, please send me your reference character or picture and I will send you the outline drawing first and after your approval, i will send you the final illustration with color.

No you can have as much as you want, but in my opinion is stories have (20-30) pages take people's attention more quickly.
What size illustrations do you make?
What size is required by the customer, but the maximum is 5000x5000px 300 dpi.
