Produce IBwave submission sets for telecom infrastructure projects on new construction and existing buildings nationwide. Work covers a wide range of commercial project types including office buildings, hospitals, stadiums, warehouses, and multi-family residential. Develop and maintain internal processes for improving the IBwave design workflow, including prepping and importing AutoCAD base files into IBwave to streamline the design process, reduce errors, and improve project turnaround times. This process improvement work has become a core part of how the team approaches new projects. Assist with IBwave RF modeling on projects requiring additional design capacity, working alongside senior RF designers to complete deliverables on schedule. Developed and currently lead an internal AutoCAD training program for team members new to CAD drafting. The program covers foundational AutoCAD skills tailored specifically to the telecom design workflow, helping new team members get productive faster and produce cleaner, more consistent drawings.
