FAQ
Do I need to purchase a domain and email inbox before ordering?
It depends on your current setup. If you already have a domain and inboxes, I can help configure them. If you're starting from scratch, I'll explain what's needed before work begins.
Can you connect my inboxes to my existing cold email platform?
Yes, if your platform supports the required integrations. Tell me which tool you use and how many inboxes you need connected so I can confirm the scope.
Can you import my existing leads without finding new ones?
Yes. This service focuses on importing and organizing a list you provide, provided the file format and platform are supported. Lead sourcing is not included.
How long does inbox warm-up take before I can launch?
The timeline depends on the inbox provider, domain history, configuration, and sending reputation. Warm-up does not guarantee inbox placement, so I will advise on a suitable launch timeline rather than promise instant readiness.
Will you monitor the campaign after it goes live?
Yes, when included in your selected package. Monitoring may cover sending errors, bounces, replies, and available campaign metrics during the agreed monitoring period.
