I set up Claude Code so it actually knows your project.
I run 8 side projects from one Git repository with Claude Code, including a YouTube channel that publishes a new short every day with nobody at the keyboard. All of it runs on the same files I deliver here: a CLAUDE.md that tells Claude what the repo is and what "done" means, role-based subagents, slash commands for repeated work, and scripts so scheduled runs survive session limits.
You get plain text files with a README. No API keys, no paid services, no video calls. Everything in writing. Based in Japan. English and Japanese.
