IVIX was using Jira like many companies, without considering how its setup is hindering their ability to deliver and allow for overall clarity of progression and meeting customer guarantees. As they were previously looking to achieve progression and visability, tools in the atlassian stack were misused leading to furstration in management. The business need: With a large development organization, ops and support teams, their jira needed to be cleamed and unified so that cross department process would have proper reflection of the steps and their progression, and how its meeting customer dead lines. What we did together: * Define unified processes, introduce team based boards and cross projects views and management via advanced road maps (including jira product discovery, jira software, business projects and JSM) * ongoing teams training * improve progression visaiblity through reporting and unified metrics * Updated and enhanced workflows to support relevant and specific teams * Enforce mandatory data points * Convert team managed projects to comapny managed projects, to have a unified 'jira language' * introduced the work of a governing body to support adherance of the new process
