Many businesses running OpenClaw and Hermes Agent were stuck at the install screen. Their infrastructure was there, the VPS, the Mac Mini, the API keys, but the agent wouldn't stay alive. Gateways crashed overnight. Sub-agents stopped routing. Memory wiped on every restart. They'd followed tutorials, reinstalled twice, and were losing time daily to a broken stack that should have been automating their entire operation. I stepped in as a specialist in OpenClaw deployment, Hermes Agent configuration, and multi-agent AI automation. I rebuilt their setups from the foundation, correct Docker configuration, persistent SOUL.md and AGENTS.md memory, Paperclip gateway, MCP server integration, and Obsidian vault as a live second brain — producing systems that ran 24/7 without manual intervention. On the automation side, I connected their agents to n8n workflows, WhatsApp and Telegram bots, Claude Code, and Ollama self-hosted models — eliminating API overheads and giving clients full ownership of their AI stack. Agents went from crashing hourly to handling autonomous tasks continuously, with zero-touch recovery on reboot.
