Frank communicated clearly and was timely. While I received a QR code to print the tickets, I will need to wait until next month to be sure I have no issues accessing legitimate tickets.

Reached out after not being able to get an international ticket when they initially opened on April 10. He was able to get the time and date I had hoped for very quickly. Will have to see if I am able to redeem tickets when I get there in a month but excellent service so far!

Frnfrank is very responsive and quick to reply. Tickets are a bit pricey but worth it do you don’t have to deal with language, time zone differences and having to have a local number.
