I have [10+ years] of combined professional and freelance experience in architecture, working across residential, commercial and development-related projects. My experience covers the complete design workflow, from understanding project requirements and developing concepts to producing detailed architectural drawings, 3D models and presentation materials. Throughout my professional career, I have worked with homeowners, architects, builders, contractors, developers and other project stakeholders, giving me a practical understanding of how architectural information needs to be communicated at different stages of a project. I understand that good architectural work is not only about appearance—it must also consider functionality, dimensions, constructability, coordination and the needs of the people who will use or build the project. My experience includes architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, site layouts, roof plans, space planning, construction documentation, 2D CAD drafting, 3D architectural modeling, BIM workflows and architectural visualization. I am comfortable developing drawings from sketches, PDFs, reference images, existing plans and project requirements. Through freelance work, I have developed strong experience managing projects remotely, communicating clearly with buyers, understanding revisions, maintaining organized deliverables and working within agreed deadlines. I approach every project with attention to detail and make sure the final drawings are presented clearly and professionally.
