ITA Ho imparato tutto da zero, non avendo mai fumato, ma ho capito in fretta cosa mi chiedevano i clienti, come consigliarli, ho fatto tesoro delle loro esperienze e ho imparato a conoscere tutto tramite loro. Ad oggi so guidare bene tra le numerose scelte del settore, dando consigli personalizzati per chi mi sta davanti, partendo dalla loro esperienza, gestendo il negozio da sola per anni. ENG I learned everything from scratch. I have never smoked or vaped, but I understood quickly what the clients were asking for, how to advise them, and I learned from them: listening to them, understanding them, following them teached me how to do this job. Today I can guide the client through the many choices they have, I can make personal advice for every client, starting from their experience, their tastes and their preference. I ran the shop by myself for years.

ITA Mi sono laureata in infermieristica nel 2016 alla Scuola di Scienze della Natura Umana, Università degli Studi di Firenze, prima di questa esperienza ho lavorato in altre strutture molto simili. Grazie a questo lavoro ho imparato ad ascoltare le persone, a capire cosa mi chiedevano, a saperle consigliare, ad aiutarle in momenti difficili; sono stata il loro ponte con i medici, ho spiegato loro e tradotto il ‘linguaggio medico’, e viceversa ho riportato i loro bisogni ai medici. Ho lavorato per anni nel settore, arrivando a collaborare direttamente con i medici prendendomi cura dei casi più gravi dell’ospedale. ENG I graduated in Nursing at the Scuola di Scienze della Natura Umana, Università degli Studi di Firenze, in 2016. After that and before the Local Hospital, I worked for many similar hospice in my locality. From this job I learned listening, understanding, advising, taking care for someone in difficult times; I become the connection from the patients and the physicians, using the right languages depending on who I was talking, using medical languages with physicians and translating for the patients, and vice versa. I worked as a Nurse for years, working with physicians on Local Hospital’s most difficult cases.
