I'm Alyssa, a Clarity Coach with 12 years of coaching experience and over 5,000 hours of 1:1 work. I help improve executive functioning, shift unhelpful mindset patterns, and move forward with confidence. I specialize in supporting ADHD and neurodivergent adults through trauma-informed, non-judgmental coaching that blends mindset work, practical tools, and supportive accountability.
In addition to coaching, I hold leadership positions in healthcare and focus on solutions-oriented strategies. My clients don't just gain insight they leave with clear priorities, customized tools and systems, and a new outlook that replaces self-blame with clarity and self-trust.
