I build spreadsheets that do the calculating for you. Clients, packages, sessions, income, expenses, and the few numbers that actually tell you how the month went. My background is web design, which is mostly this same job: making a tool that a busy person can open and understand in ten seconds. Every file comes in Excel and Google Sheets, with the formulas written around how you charge. You answer eight short questions when you order. No calls.
