Hi, I'm Femke.
I help websites and webshops turn more visitors into customers, based on data and behaviour rather than gut feeling. I work across three disciplines: conversion optimisation (CRO), UX/UI design and email marketing, separately or combined.
With 5 years of experience and a background in Communication and Multimedia Design and Neuromarketing, I understand both the design and the psychology behind why people click.
