Working as a Transportation Coordinator has given me the opportunity to combine operations with my growing interest in data analysis. I use Excel to plan and route daily trips, manage driver schedules, and track operational activity. As I became more involved with the data behind these processes, I began creating reports and tracking tools for billing, variances, driver performance, and KPIs. This experience has taught me how to turn day-to-day operational data into useful information that can help identify issues, improve efficiency, and support better decisions.
