Yes, but only what's needed to see and test the scenario. You stay in control and can revoke access once it's fixed.
Do I need to know what's wrong before I order?
No. Describe the symptoms, I'll investigate and find the actual cause.
What if it turns out the automation needs to be rebuilt, not just fixed?
