TechUp Solutions (Pvt) Ltd • Vollzeit

Sep 2015 - Present • 11 yrs 1 mo

Founded in 2015, when I began working as a freelancer on Fiverr, and officially registered in 2020, I lead TechUp Solutions, a digital growth agency delivering SEO, AI Search optimization, WordPress, Shopify, and UX-driven growth systems for global clients. I lead a team of 40+ professionals and have completed 3.1K+ projects across eCommerce, local services, and enterprise-level websites. I oversee end-to-end strategy and execution for long-term SEO retainers, technical SEO audits, AI search visibility initiatives, website and eCommerce development, performance optimization, security hardening, and conversion-focused UX/UI improvements. I work closely with clients to align digital strategies with business goals, focusing on scalable growth rather than one-off deliverables. I have built internal delivery frameworks, quality assurance standards, reporting systems, and client success processes to ensure consistent outcomes, on-time delivery, and long-term partnerships. I manage cross-functional teams, define workflows, review technical output, and maintain accountability across projects to support measurable business growth and operational efficiency.
