At GFA Technology, I worked as a Full Stack Flutter Developer, where I built a Remote Cashier Application that enabled restaurant agents to handle in-store customer orders remotely through live video calls. The system allowed customers to connect with agents using in-restaurant terminals, with real-time terminal status updates (Active, Busy, Inactive) visible to agents. Agents could initiate calls with a single click, instantly switching the terminal screen to a live video session. For enhanced security, I implemented a PIN protection system that automatically locks the terminal when the app goes into the background or during unsetting, preventing customers from accessing other applications on the device. I also developed a comprehensive manager dashboard that allows monitoring of live calls, joining calls when needed, and managing agents, terminals, and restaurants. The system includes agent login/logout, break management, automatic email alerts when all agents of a restaurant are on break, real-time dashboard analytics displaying active agents and terminals, agent check-in/check-out tracking, and custom email messaging functionality, significantly improving operational efficiency and remote workforce management. Additionally, I developed HelpChat, a real-time customer support chat application that allows clients to directly message support agents for assistance. The app features instant real-time messaging and a simple interface that enables clients to select a support agent and start chatting, ensuring smooth and efficient communication between clients and support teams.
