• Set a benchmark of excellence by leading the ICT infrastructure and AWS cloud architecture design, operational, and support-related activities to improve efficiency. • Enhance system performance and reduce downtime by identifying, deploying, and troubleshooting servers, firewalls, and IT infrastructure. • Play an integral role in identifying and fixing application and system-level vulnerabilities through penetration testing. • Liaise with the data center support team for the remote administration of servers/firewalls placed at US based data center. • Ensure optimal performance and reliability by monitoring and managing the maintenance of IT and network equipment, and updating network diagrams and infrastructure documentation. • Supervise the infrastructure using NMS (customized and off the shelf) to ensure the smooth operations of ICT setup 24/7, including web servers, DB servers, email servers, domain controllers, firewalls (Linux and Windows), routers and virtual, and development environments. • Deploy technological solutions/products in the infrastructure as well as secure hosting/cloud infra, data and access methods. Key Projects • Migrated whole hosting infrastructure from physical machines to AWS cloud, such as planning, designing, deployment, and troubleshooting of servers on cloud services including databases, indexing tools, web servers, CDN, security features, fail-over, and disaster recovery using AWS EC2, RDS, VPC, Route 53, and S3. • Interacted with governmental and private departments to implement VoIP-based communication infrastructure. • Hardened Hosting Infrastructure against different vulnerabilities and threats, such as DoS, DDoS, and injection attacks. • Set up IT infrastructure at the new office and shifting of existing ICT infr.
