Focused on the practical application of mechatronics in the development and testing of myoelectric prosthetics. This role involved bridging the gap between biological signals and electromechanical actuation, emphasizing hardware integration, circuit simulation, and rapid prototyping. Bio-Signal Processing: Designed, tested, and simulated single and dual-supply electromyography (EMG) sensor circuits to accurately capture and process muscle signals for prosthetic control. Circuit Simulation: Extensively utilized Proteus software for electronic circuit simulation, layout design, and hardware debugging to ensure reliability before physical assembly. Hardware Integration: Gained hands-on experience assembling and testing prosthetic hardware kits, optimizing the electromechanical response of the actuators. Rapid Prototyping: Applied 3D printing technologies to prototype mechanical components, demonstrating a strong understanding of desktop printer calibration, PLA filament properties, and slicing software workflows.
