FAQ
How do I get the process started after placing the order?
Once the order is placed, a few quick questions will appear to help me get started. I’ll just need your brand name, a brief description, and your preferred style or colors. If you’re unsure about anything, I’ll happily guide you.
What are Vector/Source files and how do they help me?
Vector/source files like (AI, PDF, EPS) are high-resolution, editable files that allow your logo to be resized without any loss of quality. They are perfect for printing on various materials and provide flexibility for future edits or adaptations.
What is Included in Social Media Kit and Stationery Designs?
Social Media Kit includes profile pics, banners/covers of the logo resized and formatted specifically for use on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn. Stationery Designs typically includes a set of branded materials such as Business card and Letterhead.
What's your revision turnaround time?
Usually, I send revisions within 24 to 36 hours, depending on how detailed the request is. I make sure every change is handled with care and precision.
Which package is best for a high-quality logo?
For a professional, high-quality logo, I recommend the Standard or Premium Package. Both include detailed design work, revisions, and all the essential files. If you're looking for extra customization and more concept options, the Premium Package is your best choice.
Do you offer any other graphic design services besides logo design?
Yes, along with logo design, I offer a wide range of graphic design services including Flyers, Brochures, Brand Guidelines, Social Media Graphics, Website Design & Development, and more. Just message me with your specific needs!
