FAQ
Do you need access to our SAP system?
Usually yes, through a secure remote connection to a development system. If you can't give access, I can build the form in my own environment and send you the export files with clear import steps.
Which SAP versions do you support?
S/4HANA (on-premise and private cloud) and ECC 6.0 with Adobe Document Services (ADS) configured.
Can you convert our Smart Form to an Adobe Form?
Yes. I rebuild the layout in Adobe LiveCycle Designer and move the data logic into the interface, so it keeps the same look but is cleaner.
What if ADS is not set up in our system?
Adobe Forms needs ADS to render PDFs. I can tell you what's missing, but your Basis team usually has to do the ADS setup.
Do you provide documentation?
Yes. Every form comes with a short technical note listing the objects, the interface fields and how output is triggered.
