How many products are included in the pricing strategy?
Up to three distinct products are included. Additional charges will apply for more products. Please contact me for details.
Does the analysis include competitive research?
Yes, I always include research on your top competitors or other companies in the same or similar industry. Up to 10 competitors are included in the gig.
Does the analysis include go-to-market strategy?
For the most part, YES, we need to discuss your GTM strategy before I can provide recommendations for pricing of your product. Understanding your sources of revenue and how you intend to sell them is critical to developing the best pricing methodology.
Does the analysis include complete P&L, including staffing and OPEX?
YES, I have a straight forward way of modeling your staffing and OPEX.
How much experience do you have with startup businesses?
I have been working with startups and founders for several years and have delivered many projects to many happy clients. I've also mentored founders at an incubator at the University of California, Irvine and love working with innovative entrepreneurs.
