Faizan Rafique

Always a pleasure working with Faizan, although polite and business like, he is also friendly and willing to go that extra step to make everything perfect. I cannot praise him enough, well the fact that I am now using him for the sixth time shows how much I trust him to deliver perfect work.

This is the fifth time I have used Faizan and I have no qualms about using him again. His professional approach to the work and his unending patience with me and my questions make working with him a pleasurable experience and enables me to publish my books easily.

Faizan, as always, was a delight to work with. On this occasion he was dealing with my text that was in Spanish, but it did not cause him a probleem. I found a few things I wished to change and this was no problem either as he promptly and efficiently dealt with the revisions
