As a Project Manager & Assistant Art Director within a music label, I developed strong expertise in project coordination, creative direction, artist management and communication — skills that directly shape my work today at Faith, a 360° communication agency. I was responsible for planning and managing meetings, travel and professional schedules, as well as coordinating internal and external communications and ensuring smooth day-to-day project follow-up. I also managed correspondence and administrative coordination across multiple stakeholders. On the creative side, I contributed to the artistic direction of music projects, creating detailed moodboards and visual concepts for music videos, coordinating productions and organizing international shoots. I worked closely with artists, directors, production teams and creative partners to ensure that each project remained consistent with its artistic vision. I also managed the digital release of music videos and singles across streaming and download platforms, coordinating timelines and ensuring that content was delivered correctly and on schedule. This experience strengthened my ability to manage projects from concept to execution, while combining creativity, organization, communication and relationship management.
