I will fix whatsapp api chatbot not sending, webhook and website ai chatbot meta ads

The most common causes are billing not set up for the new message charges, a broken webhook, an expired access token, a rejected template, or a phone number problem. I check each one and fix the real cause.

It is a new ID Meta gives each customer. When a customer uses a WhatsApp username, you may get this ID instead of their phone number. Systems built around phone numbers can break when that happens.

No. You can add me as a partner or admin in Meta Business Manager, and remove me in one click when the work is done. For simple issues, I can guide you on screen instead.

The official WhatsApp Cloud API and tools built on it, including n8n, Make, Chatwoot, Twilio, 360dialog, WordPress plugins, and custom code in Node.js or PHP. Message me if your tool is not listed.

No. You add your own card in Meta. I show you exactly where to add it and confirm that billing is active and your messages are sending again.

Yes. This often happens when a customer contacts you with a username instead of a phone number. In the Premium package I update your contact matching and merge the duplicates.

Meta only allows login and verification codes to be sent to a real phone number, not to the new user ID. I add a fallback so codes go to the phone number, and set up a way to ask for it.

Yes, if you need it. Message me first with what you have now, and I will send a custom offer that fits your setup.

I test with real messages before delivery. You get a short report in plain English that explains what was wrong, what I changed, and how to spot the problem if it comes back.

A screenshot of the error or failed message, the tool your bot runs on, and whether you use a provider like Twilio or 360dialog. That lets me confirm the right package before you pay.
