Über mich
I bridge business needs and technical execution as a Business Analyst & QA specialist. I gather requirements (BRDs, user stories), design screen mock-ups in Figma/Canva to guide developers, write and execute test cases, track bugs, and coordinate UAT with stakeholders — using Jira, Trello, and Squash TM to stay organized. Detail-oriented and proactive, I catch issues before they become costly problems. Balancing this with university studies gives me strong time management and reliability. Available part-time with flexible hours for international time zones. Let's talk about your project.... Mehr lesen

During my industrial attachment at Softclans Technologies Limited, I worked within the software development team in a dual role as Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Officer, supporting projects through the full delivery lifecycle. I worked closely with stakeholders and developers to gather, clarify, and document business requirements, translating business needs into clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and user stories that developers could work from without ambiguity, and focused on catching gaps or conflicting requirements early before they became costly issues later in development. For interface-related changes, I created screen mock-ups in Figma and Canva, giving developers a visual reference that reduced back-and-forth during implementation. On the QA side, I wrote and executed manual and functional test cases based on documented requirements, ensuring what was built matched what was specified. I logged and tracked defects through to resolution, working directly with developers to clarify bugs, confirm fixes, and re-test affected areas, and used Squash Test Management to organize test cases, track execution status, and maintain a clear record of testing coverage, which helped the team identify untested areas before releases. I also coordinated User Acceptance Testing sessions with stakeholders, preparing test scripts and scenarios that reflected real-world usage, guiding stakeholders through the process, and documenting their feedback, acting as a communication bridge that translated technical outcomes into language stakeholders could evaluate, and turned their feedback into actionable items for developers. Day-to-day, I used Jira to manage tasks, track project progress, and keep documentation organized and accessible across the team, and participated in stand-ups and sprint planning, bringing a business-facing perspective to technical discussions and helping ensure development
