I build and repair business automations using Make.com, connecting e-commerce platforms (Shopify), POS systems, and everyday tools like Google Sheets and email. My work includes diagnosing silent failures in existing automations, tracing bugs to their root cause rather than patching symptoms, and verifying every fix against live data before considering a job done. Recent work includes rebuilding a client's Shopify-to-POS product sync from the ground up, identifying and resolving six separate, compounding bugs, including one causing incorrect items to appear on customer receipts.
