If I could give him 6.0 stars I would. I've had quite a few testers and this guy has provided the most insight (found bugs that 9 out of 10 testers missed), he provided a spreadsheet with all bugs found (including an assessment of their impact and a youtube link showing the bug)... And if that wasn't...
