Do i use software's or I proofread manually?
I do all my proofreading and editing manually since software's do miss some minor errors. Although they do help fasten the process by highlighting some obvious grammatical errors.
Do I offer a clean copy or one with the track changes feature?
I offer both just incase the client needs one to see the changes and the clean copy to submit or use.
Is your work safe and confidential?
Yes, you can trust that your work is safe and confidential. I do not keep the copies after am done. I delete all the files and I do not offer other clients your work as samples as opposed to other freelances who use your work as proof of experience. The testimonials and reviews speak for me.
