My fellow FIVERR's, I do a comprehensive audio "clarification and restoration" service that provides noise and interference suppression.
I mathematically restore the details that were lost during the original recording process. When unwanted sounds exist, I will rather suppress the interference of such sounds, than removing them completely, as it will change the characteristic of the recorded material.
What can you expect from me?
- Background noise suppression or cleanup if possible.
- Clarification of primary audio subjects.
- Tape hiss.
- Electronic interference such as hum and buzz.
- Background interference (coughs, ringing cell phones, etc.)
- Clicks and pops from older vinyl, shellac, or phonograph recordings.

I’ve been part of the recording industry since 2000, starting out with my own self-built recording studio, which I ran until 2013. Over the years, my focus shifted toward Dialogue Editing and Post-Production, where I found my real passion.

FAQ
Are there different levels or degrees of restoration that would affect the cost?
Yes. The cost is lowest when the material is in good condition and fairly audible from the beginning. Maybe taking out a hiss at the top end of the recorded material. It gets more expensive when the material was recorded in extreme conditions. Think of the old saying "Garbage in, Garbage out"
Does the length of recording affect the cost?
Yes, the longer running time, the higher the cost as more time is needed to complete the job. On average, I work on 1 : 8 ratio. 8 Minutes work for every 1 true minute. Also the preparation time is affected by the running time of the material.
Will the cleanup and restoration process change the overall sound of the audio material.
Yes, in most cases, suppressing or deleting certain frequencies in the voice band, will effect the sound of the subject. For example: If the recording was done in a windy environment, some of the low frequencies will be suppressed and will subsequently have a effect on the low part of a voice.
