Most freelancers list fifteen platforms and know one. I went the other way. Apple Pay and Google Pay do not show on my checkout. Can you fix it?
Yes. That is nearly always domain verification, an unsupported gateway, or a theme conflict blocking the button. I fix the cause and confirm it on a live iOS and Android device.
Should I turn 3D Secure on or off?
Neither by default. I set it by order value, so high value orders get verification and small orders check out fast. That protects your dispute rate without taxing your conversion rate.
My customers say their card is declined but their card works elsewhere. Why?
Usually gateway routing, 3DS misconfiguration, or a currency and country mismatch on the card channel. I read the actual decline codes rather than guessing, then correct the routing rules.
Which payment providers can you configure?
Shoplazza Payments, SHOPLINE Payments, PayPal, Stripe, Airwallex, 2Checkout, Payoneer, Klarna and most alternative payment methods, plus regional gateways and cash on delivery in supported markets.
Can you help if Shoplazza Payments has restricted my store?
