FAQ
. What is the Conversion API and do I really need it?
It sends events from the server instead of the browser, so ad blockers and iOS privacy settings cannot stop them. Stores usually recover conversions the browser pixel misses, which makes ad reporting and optimisation far more accurate.
Will my events get counted twice with pixel and CAPI together?
No. I set up event deduplication using a shared event_id, so Meta counts each purchase once. I show you the deduplication working in Events Manager before delivery.
My Event Match Quality score is low. Can you improve it?
Yes. I add advanced matching so hashed email, phone, name and location are sent with each event. This usually moves the score from poor to good or great within a few days of traffic.
Do you need access to my Business Manager?
Yes, partner or admin access to your Meta Business Manager and pixel, plus access to your website or Google Tag Manager. You never need to share your password.
Do you work with Shopify?
