Espace INO is a studio specialized in graphic, web and motion design. We work in close collaboration with our customers because we want to be sure that they will be proud of their project, by including them in our process.
If we collaborate together, we will invite you on some of our collaborative tools so you will have a better idea of our process.
You will also have the opportunity to share us some examples of logos you like, give us some feedback more easily and tell us more in details about your project and your concerns if you have some.
We will make sure that the project we create reflects your needs and what you have in mind.
We only offer 1 logo proposal since we want to ensure the quality of your project by creating the best version we can.
If you're not satisfied, we will adjust the proposal during the first revision and make sure you like it.

Requirements We make sure we have everything we need to complete your project successfully.

Brief You'll fill out a brief document we created so we can learn more about your company and brand. You will have to share some examples of projects that you like and tell us why.

Research - competitive landscape We'll conduct competitive research on your product, your industry, and your unique selling proposition.

Concept We will create the concept for the logo and the other include pieces of work.

Revisions We will make sure that you like the project we made and explain to you our process and decisions.

Finalization and Delivery We'll design the final logo for your product.

FAQ
What type of source file is included?
Standard and premium only : We will give you a .ai file with all the logo versions, colors and embedded fonts. All package : You will receive a .eps and .svg of you logo design. *Please note that none of the mockups and stationery will be editable.
Can you offer a custom package?
Yes. Write to us so we will be able to do an estimate for your project.
What if I don't like the concept you create?
We only offer 1 logo proposal since we want to ensure the quality of your project by creating the best version we can. If you're not satisfied, we will adjust the proposal during the first revision and make sure you like it.
Will you choose the included mockups or is it possible to choose?
Except for basic package and for the stationery (business card, enveloppe, etc.), we will ask you what type of mockups would be useful for your business or we will create some that would be related to your field.
What is included in the media kit?
Facebook and Instagram profile picture, Facebook banner and 3 Instagram highlights visuals or icons OR Facebook and Twitter profile pictures and banners. *Other visuals can be included in the media kit as an extra.
