This service covers concept design development and the preparation of all drawings required for planning applications and permits. The drawings are suitable for permitted development, householder applications, and full planning submissions.

Workflow:

1. Provide info: topographical survey/OS location plan, existing property plans (for extensions), photos, property address, full name, and any other details needed for accuracy.

2. I will draft the drawings and send them for your review. 3. Once I receive your feedback, I'll revise accordingly and submit for final review. 4. Final revisions are completed, and the final package is delivered.
