I have over 21 years of experience in aerospace and defense CNC machining and programming, working in AS9100 and ISO 9001 certified machine shops producing high-precision components. My experience includes CNC programming, machining process development, troubleshooting machining issues, tooling selection, fixture design, and feeds and speeds optimization across a wide range of aerospace materials including aluminum, stainless steels, titanium, Inconel, copper alloys, and hardened steels.
