CFD analysis of piston-ring-cylinder interaction in hydrogen-fueled internal combustion engines, using ANSYS Fluent with overset (chimera) meshing to handle the moving piston. Investigated blow-by past the ring pack, in-cylinder pressure distribution and flow profiles through the engine cycle. Scope covered geometry preparation, mesh strategy and quality control, solver setup, convergence monitoring, and post-processing results into engineering conclusions.
