Environmental Management & Compliance Lead and review Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Initial Environmental Examinations (IEE), and Environmental Management & Monitoring Plans (EMMP) Ensure compliance with national environmental regulations and international safeguard standards (ADB, World Bank, IFC, etc.) Conduct environmental site inspections and audits Prepare and review environmental compliance monitoring reports Identify environmental risks and recommend mitigation measures Project Coordination Coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies Ensure timely submission of environmental documentation and approvals Develop and manage project work plans and timelines Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with environmental requirements Facilitate communication among project stakeholders Reporting & Documentation Prepare technical reports, environmental studies, and compliance documentation Review and ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of all reports Maintain project records and documentation for audits and reviews Support preparation of proposals and tender documents Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with government departments, environmental protection agencies, and donor organizations Participate in project meetings and presentations Address environmental concerns raised by stakeholders and communities Required Qualifications M.Phil / M.Sc. in Environmental Science or related field Minimum 8–10 years of relevant professional experience Strong knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and international standards Experience in ADB / World Bank funded projects preferred Excellent report writing and analytical skills Required Skills Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA/IEE) expertise Project management and coordination skills Strong communication and reporting abilities Knowledge of HSE systems and compliance frameworks Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Pre
