What information do I need to get started?
After placing your order, you will be prompted to answer a set of simple questions. Your responses will provide the necessary information for me to begin working on your project. If I have any additional questions, I will be sure to reach out.
What is the expected timeframe for the delivery of the first draft?
Typically, the first delivery will be completed within 24 hours. This timeframe applies to the initial delivery; please note that revisions may require additional time depending on the requested changes. We will strive to make any amendments as pro
What options do I have if I am not satisfied with the design?
No worries! You will receive at least 8 revisions with the Basic Package and unlimited revisions with the Standard and Premium Packages. Simply send me a message detailing the changes you would like, and I will ensure the final design aligns perfectly with your vision.
What is included in the Stationery Designs?
Stationery designs include a set of business cards, letterheads, envelopes, and folders, all designed to complement the overall theme and colors of your logo. These designs come as print-ready files in RGB or CMYK formats, depending on your needs. This service is included in my Premium Package.
What is included in the Social Media Kit?
The Social Media Kit includes profile and cover photos/banners featuring your logo for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
What are vector/source files and transparent PNG files?
A vector source file is a fully editable file that contains your new logo. Being in vector format means it can be resized to any scale without losing quality. This file is essential for any professional printing. Additionally, a PNG file features a transparent background, allowing for versatile use.
