Q: Do I need a paid Claude account to use your service?
A: You'll need a Claude.ai account and API access from Anthropic. The free tier has limits, so a Pro plan or API credits (typically $10–$20/month for light use) is recommended. I'll walk you through the setup during delivery.
Q: What is MCP and do I need it?
A: MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets Claude connect directly to your tools — Gmail, Notion, Slack, Google Drive, and more. If you want Claude to read your emails, update your CRM, or manage tasks automatically, yes, you need it. I handle the entire integration.
Q: What's the difference between Claude Code and Claude Cowork?
A: Claude Code is a terminal-based agentic coding tool for developers. Claude Cowork is Claude's desktop productivity suite for business teams — it handles email, documents, scheduling, and task delegation. I work with both depending on your needs.
Q: Can you build this if I'm not technical at all?
A: Absolutely. Most of my clients are non-technical. I handle everything and deliver a Loom video so you can run the system yourself after handover. No coding required on your end.
Q: What tools do you need access to?
A: Depending on your package, I may need temporary access to your Claude account and the tools you want connected (e.g. Gmail OAuth, Notion workspace). I use least-privilege access and remove credentials after delivery if requested.
Q: How many revisions are included?
A: The Starter package includes 1 revision, Power Agent includes 2, and Full System includes 3. A revision covers adjustments to the delivered scope — not new feature requests.
Q: How long until my system is live?
A: Starter delivers in 3 days, Power Agent in 5, and Full System in 10. Please message me before ordering so I can confirm scope and avoid delays.
Q: Can you fix a broken Claude Code setup or existing agent?
A: Yes. If you already have a partial setup that isn't working, I can diagnose and fix it. Message me with details and I'll confirm whether it falls under an existing package or needs a custom quote.
Q: What happens after delivery?
A: You receive a tested, documented system plus a walkthrough video. Full System clients also get a live onboarding call. I'm available for follow-up questions post-delivery.
Q: Can you integrate with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or other CRMs?
A: Yes — CRM integrations are available via MCP or direct API. GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Airtable, Pipedrive, and Notion are all supported. Mention your CRM when you message me so I can confirm compatibility.
