My engagement with GODAN SERWIS centered on protecting the company’s position in commercial dealings while resolving legal issues connected with service delivery, equipment, customers, and external contractors. The role demanded solutions that remained practical for daily operations rather than legal advice detached from business realities. I became involved at the negotiation stage of important business relationships, examining pricing commitments, service specifications, completion requirements, payment schedules, warranties, liability, and termination rights. Where responsibilities were unclear, I restructured contractual language to establish precisely what each party was expected to provide. Service related disagreements formed a distinct part of my workload. Complaints concerning workmanship, delayed performance, damaged property, disputed invoices, defective equipment, or incomplete services were assessed against technical records, correspondence, contractual promises, and evidence of the actual work performed. I also addressed matters involving suppliers, subcontractors, employees, insurance providers, and business premises. These included procurement concerns, confidentiality, workplace obligations, property related responsibilities, insurance coverage questions, and recovery of outstanding amounts. Rather than allowing disputes to interrupt ongoing operations, I evaluated their financial and legal significance and selected an appropriate route toward resolution, including negotiation, formal demands, settlement, or escalation when necessary. This approach helped GODAN SERWIS maintain stronger commercial controls, enforce payment and performance obligations, and manage legal exposure throughout its service activities.
