Ho chiesto di adeguare l’indice del libro alle sezioni effettivamente scritte e non è stato fatto. Ho chiesto di far iniziare sempre i nuovi paragrafi o capitoli in una nuova pagina piuttosto che nelle ultime righe delle pagine e non è stato fatto.
