She even helped adjust the document and provided a Google Doc so I could easily edit and add screenshots. The communication was smooth and she was very kind throughout the whole process....

Elena was very polite and super fast. She actually delivered before the deadline which was amazing. However, I found mistakes in my patterns which were not corrected and so, I have to assign the job again to a second technical editor.
