Nice guy to work with, very responsive and good communicator. There were some common sense changes and details that were ignored and required additional attention leading to delays (example: making a bathroom with no doors in/out). The cost of my assignment was negotiated and a special offer made on the basis of my limited budget. The floor plan that came back was close to my expectation. I made a number of amendments, which Ekbal sent back very quickly for my review. I found him to be patient, willing and fast.
