I'm really happy with how the model turned out! They understood what I was going for right away and did a great job making the model. The final result honestly exceeded my expectations, and it fits my project perfectly. They were also really kind and polite throughout the whole process and kept me updated...

Very polite while talking, they understand it well enough to know what direction I am pointing to for my order's specifics. My only issue is the time gap between our messages, but that's just me living in another country far away. I would recommend them if anyone wants to request UGCs from them.

Was able to produce a model I wanted that I was worried was going to be too specific or niche - but did it flawlessly. Took a little longer than I wanted *but* for the price? Hard to beat! Will absolutely be contacting in the near future for additional products.
