The process was handled politely-the project management could have been more organized and clearer. Some files were sent incorrectly, and I was then asked to redo work at no additional cost. The LQA stage also appeared to be handled by reviewers who weren’t fully native or professionally qualified, which led to inexistent “errors” being flagged.
