Needed a last minute CPA letter. Grace delivered. A little late but cant blame her as it was the weekend and may be a bit harder to get the letter signed off. 5/5. Honest and did the job correctly.

The work seemed to be delivered correctly, but they forgot about my project and I was left on read. When I sent two messages over about a month-long period, I received no reply. I would say the lack of support and slow response time was my main motivation for the low review. This was definitely a poor effort.
